These new editions combine the iconic KOP (King Of Pen) size with the chromatic purity of pigmented urushi, now enhanced by the neutral elegance of the rhodium finishes, designed for the European audience that values contemporary sobriety.

Urushi Kaga Technique
Urushi Kaga is a traditional Japanese craftsmanship practiced in the Kaga area (Ishikawa Prefecture), where master lacquerers apply successive layers of natural Urushi lacquer, smoothing and polishing them by hand after long periods of controlled drying. The technique is distinguished by its chromatic depth and the compactness of the surface, achieved through fine and uniform layering that creates a “deep” light effect, typical of great Japanese lacquers. Each piece, made individually, carries slight variations that certify its artisanal execution.
